❗IMPORTANT - FIRST USE SETUP❗
The extension won't work until the cache is refreshed! Either do a hard refresh from the video player page (CTRL + SHIFT + R), or go to your Chrome history (CTRL+H) > Clear browsing data > Clear "Cached images and files" (All Time).
You can change the custom speeds by clicking the extension icon > "Options".

Works perfectly. But can we have something in between 1.5 to 1.75 like 1.3, 1.4, 1.45, 1.65 etc? this is the part where I mostly listen to classes! Thanks much for the free extension

Absolutely fantastic, I wish I had searched for this earlier! Udemy's video platform experience is unbelievably bad considering their business is literally only online video courses it's kinda mindblowing... You would think they would make the experience as nice as possible (their Android app is even worse!). Luckily there are great devs saving us :) Thank you for this!
One of the few extensions which works like a charm.
in the latest update, they added a new permission requirement: reading my browser history. I don't know why it's necessary for an extension that's only job is to sped up videos on a specific website -- udemy.com Unless, they intend to sell my data to third parties. This felt unnecessary and suspicious, I'm deleting this extension, there're other alternatives anyway.
Pretty good!! Could you guys please add a 1.15x speed?? That would be just awesome.
