as a guitar player, this extension is AMAZING. besides just looping, i've used it to slow down a section of a song im learning, then incrementally speed up to original tempo. it is great for practice sessions and for really honing my skills. i've never found a loop extension that does incremental changes like this! so grateful for this discovery, thank you dev!!
