I have had two vendoo accounts for years and used to really love it but now every single question or issue report is sent to ai, no more individual real person support. If you are an established user you can not merge listings you import from different platforms, you have to do it by individual listings. Why is that a feature only for new users during onboarding? That is very foolish of you to have the capability but not offer it to all users because some of us like to create listings in the apps but use vendoo to manage the listings. I cancelled my subscriptions and it held my cancellations ransom until I gave an answer as to why I was cancelling. I was forced to answer before they would activate the cancellation tab. What happened to you guys? 👎👎👎

So inconsistent. I pay to have it detect sales and more often than not, it does NOT detect sales and I have to do it manually. Is this really so hard to get right? that's one of their biggest "selling points"

the worst experience of my life iv never been so confused I SPent hours and hours trying to import my posh closet i ask a question and i dont get a reply its always something else i have to do like refresh , i dont see a button that says refresh so i ask no reply still waiting i want my money back now i am so done

Terrible, non-existent customer service. I understand there will be issues as marketplaces make updates but I need support to reply to me about the issues I am having that are not on your issue status page. So frustrating when you are new to Vendoo and trying to get it all set up and support doesn't bother replying and the one time they do they don't comprehend English well enough to reply to everything I mentioned I am having issues with. I have tried Vendoo, List Perfectly, and Flyp. Flyp is the cheapest and works the best. They also have the best customer service. Unfortunately they don't have Shopify, Whatnot, or Grailed yet. All three have their issues but Vendoo has the worst customer service by far.
