Rippling has completely streamlined our payroll and benefits management, making processes that used to be time-consuming much more efficient. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. One of the standout features is the automation. Tasks like payroll processing, leave applications, payslip access, and timekeeping are handled seamlessly within one system. Employees can easily apply for leave, track their time, and download payslips without any hassle, which improves overall transparency and convenience. Overall, Rippling has simplified our HR processes and enhanced efficiency across the board. It’s a reliable solution for managing payroll, benefits, and employee time management all in one place.
I think it works pretty well, but tends to block the submit button on screens if it is active. I like it for password creation mostly.
This review is based on a lack of features, not based on functionality. RPass DOES work as intended, but it cannot be called a password manager for a few reasons: - No passkey support - No desktop OR mobile app, so it can't be used outside of your web browser - Cannot store custom fields in records besides tags, name, username and password - Adding TOTP to an item requires manual setup, and can only be done *after* the password is created and saved - Limited configuration capabilities - Master Key is not truly random, but rather based on account information such as email and password. It's still not possible to derive it thanks to Rippling's security model, but it'd be better to use a truly random master key that is not based on anything the user has or knows in order. As well, it'd be better to require this Master Key to access a user's account & vaults. RPass's security model is sound, but I cannot call it a fully featured password manager. RPass is really no different than the password manager built into your browser. The benefit of using RPass is it's controlled by your employer. However, if you use Google Workspace, you can easily create managed Google profiles and require Chrome sign-in with those. Overall, I cannot see any benefit to using RPass. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it *is* functional.
I love that I can safely store all of my work passwords in one place that isn's saved on my computer. Working in PPI sensitive space, privacy is incredibly important.
RPass is a very useful and user-friendly password management tool. At Clipboard Health, we use RPass to securely manage and access all of our work-related accounts and credentials through Rippling. The setup was straightforward, and implementation was smooth, allowing our team to get started quickly without issues. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to save, retrieve, and share passwords securely. It integrates well with other tools we use, which reduces the need for multiple logins and streamlines daily workflows. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when questions arise. Overall, RPass saves time, improves security, and simplifies password management for our team. I would recommend it to other companies looking for a reliable and efficient password manager.
It has been really convenient and helpful.
We’ve had a great experience using Rippling RPass. It has made managing app access and permissions incredibly easy and secure, especially as our team grows and roles change. The automation saves us a ton of time during onboarding and offboarding, and it gives us peace of mind knowing access is handled correctly. RPass integrates seamlessly with the rest of Rippling, and the user experience is intuitive for both admins and employees. Highly recommend for companies looking to simplify and secure access management
I started a new job in May; and this was my first experience with Rippling. Having everything in one place (benefits, PTO, pay, etc.) is so convenient. Any trainings I am required to take are also in Rippling. I am extremely happy with the user-friendly platform that gives me just one place to visit for all of my work-related items.
RPass is great and keeps all of my things organized. Easy to use and access from the Chrome bar. Never having to guess if the extension will work, very reliable.
Sometimes the passwords that are selected seem like they're getting filled in from my Autofill and not from the RPass itself. Also, when you're trying to add a new password to RPass, the options for sharing are not given to you, so you have to create it, then go into it, and then you're able to share and set the permission level. That should all be in one step.
