DIMENSFIXA improves the readability of imperial dimension measurements on supported ikea.com pages by applying established typographic principles to how sizes are displayed.

Many IKEA product listings include imperial measurements that are technically correct but visually dense—fractions written as numerals, tightly packed separators, and inconsistent spacing that makes dimensions harder to scan or compare. DIMENSFIXA reformats these measurements directly in your browser to make them clearer and more human-readable.

What DIMENSFIXA does

– Converts common written fractions (such as 1/2, 1/4, 3/4) into proper vulgar fraction glyphs (½, ¼, ¾)

– Applies half-spacing and non-breaking spacing so numbers and units stay visually grouped

– Replaces ambiguous separators with typographically correct dimension symbols
