Overview:

The Auto Scrolling Web Extension is designed to enhance your web reading experience by automating page scrolling. Ideal for students, professionals, and anyone who needs to read long web pages without the hassle of manual scrolling.

Key Features:

- Floating Control Panel: A semi-transparent, circular design that can be adjusted for transparency. It docks by default at the bottom right of your screen and can be repositioned by dragging.

- Main Control Button: Easily start or pause automatic scrolling with a single click. When you reach the top of the page, the button transforms into a "Back to Top" button for quick navigation.

- Speed Control: Adjust the scrolling speed with ease. Use the decrease button to slow down by 20% per click, or the increase button to speed up by 20% per click. The current speed is visually displayed for your convenience.
