honestly just works. setup took maybe 10 minutes, been running for 3 months with zero babysitting. we moved from shotgunning proposals to only bidding qualified stuff and our cost per lead dropped alot. the team setup is nice too, each bizdev has his own searches but managers see all the analytics in one place. tried building this ourselves with rss + zapier before, dont bother, just pay for this
Really helpful for us freelancers, especially if you're using more than one platform at the same time, it allows you to see every new job post altogether as soon as it's published without having to check manually every once in a while. There are still some features that need improvement but I'm confident that they will be fixed in the future.
Vollna is really helpful website for users who works in upwork or freelancer
No more refreshing Upwork like crazy. Telegram pings me with new jobs and I can finally see how my proposals are doing. oh, and ai cover letters - huge improvements recently, totally worth a try!

The fact there Is no free version is 2025 is a very bad sign. I am off from here, there are far better chrome extensions that offer even more for free.
Vollna is just what I'm looking for. I used to use an RSS feed reader for filtering and notifications for freelance work on Upwork and now that RSS is no longer supported in Upwork, Vollna has saved the day! And on top of that Vollna has a incredible set of features. I find the most useful is the advanced filtering, proposal templates and instant notifications to Slack. And as a designer I appreciate the clean and easy to use interface. I don't know how I could complete on Upwork without Vollna.
Vollna has transformed how I find freelance work! The ability to set up custom filters means I get notified about relevant projects immediately. This has saved me countless hours of searching, allowing me to focus on submitting quality proposals instead of scrolling through endless listings. A must-have for any freelancer!
