Take back your attention from infinite feeds. This extension lets you set a daily scrolling allowance—by time (minutes) or by page count—and locks scrolling once you reach your cap. Use a subtle blur when locked, reset allowance when needed, and view simple usage stats to build better habits over time.

What It Does

- Lock scrolling on websites after your daily limit is reached.

- Support two modes: Time (minutes per day) or Pages (virtual “screenfuls”/content changes).

- Apply rules per-site, to social media as a group, or generically to all sites.

- Optionally blur the page when locked to reduce temptation.
