Auto Follow Up for Gmail™ is a Google Chrome Extension that helps you follow up on your email emails. Just set up a sequence of emails to send to your recipients over time from your Gmail™.

Let’s say you meet a lot of people at a networking event. You want to email all of them to explore opportunities, but it’s hard to follow up with so many people. Auto Follow Up for Gmail™ makes it easy to reach your clients. It automates the process for you with personalized emails to multiple contacts with just a few clicks.

Auto Follow Up for Gmail™ has two methods to create auto follow-ups:

***Auto Follow Up on Your Emails***

Send an email as usual, then activate follow-up either during the sending (click on Gmail Auto Follow-Up under the send button) or after it’s sent by selecting the email in your Sent label and activating a follow-up template for this email. Follow-up templates specify intervals, email content, and whether to track clicks and opens. In other words, Follow-up templates define criteria and conditions under which additional emails will be sent and emails which will be sent.

Example: You email an employee about a deal status. To ensure the email isn’t overlooked, activate a follow-up so if there’s no reply in two days, a follow-up email is automatically sent.

A few more updated with version 1.0.2.19: - Finished auto follow-up emails are now automatically moved from the "-Auto Followup" label to the "-Auto Followup/Done" label. - Enhanced stats are now displayed for each auto follow-up directly in Gmail. - Added an option to skip weekends. - Introduced the option to send a report listing recipients who did not reply. - Added an option to include a BCC in an auto follow-up step. For example, when sending a follow-up email to a client about an overdue invoice, you might BCC your manager on the last follow-up step to keep them informed of the ongoing status. Alternatively, you could BCC yourself as a reminder that you're sending auto follow-ups. - Introduced an option to stop the auto follow-up campaigns (sequence is stopped for all recipients) if any recipient in the TO field responds. For example, if you're managing a project and your team hasn't submitted their weekly status reports, you could set up an auto follow-up sequence to remind them. By enabling this option the entire auto follow-up campaign will stop as soon as at least one team member replies back.

Everything worked perfectly fine, I had a paid plan and was using the extention every day. But once it stopped working on my main email account, it was working on the others. I asked for support, but they ignored me totally, and I saw they were reading my emails but not answering. My developer said that it's highly probable they blocked me on their end, because other email accounts were working well. Just so you know, they could block you at any moment with no support, no letting you know about it. I have about 50 incoming emails daily, so I had to find another solution urgently. No recommend. Update: it restarted working itself, no help from support tho

Love the auto follow up IF No Reply! Can we also have this add-on to the gmail mobile app? We already use your Gmail mobile templates and found it useful. Would be great to also can follow up on mobile

I have a horrible memory, and this works wonders for my followup. It's simple--you get a notification (better than Gmail's), and a reminder to followup in a specific way.
