ShortsGuard removes YouTube Shorts shelves the moment they appear on youtube.com — the home feed scrollable row, the Shorts blocks inside search results, and the Shorts tab on channel pages — so you can watch the videos you actually came for without the short-form scroll trap pulling you back in.

HOW IT WORKS

ShortsGuard adds a tiny stylesheet and a small script that run only on youtube.com. The instant YouTube renders a Shorts shelf, ShortsGuard hides it. That's the whole job — narrow, focused, and easy to understand. Toggle it off from the popup at any time and Shorts reappear immediately, no page reload needed.
