The Keka Hire Sourcing Extension streamlines candidate sourcing with a user-friendly approach. Accessed through the Keka Hire profile, this Chrome Marketplace download becomes a toolbar staple. Users can easily download resumes/PDFs from various platforms, and with a click on the Keka icon, a widget appears for job or talent pool selection. Seamless creation of talent pools is available for those without one. The extension simplifies the process with drag-and-drop resume uploads, intelligently parsing information. Recruiters can efficiently add candidates to jobs or talent pools, selecting stages, owners, and applying tags for enhanced management.
