why you took my time. it doesnt work.
I really like this extension but I noticed that if the page is too long an estimate isn't given. I had a long scrolling page with 26,622 words and the extension wasn't able to come up with an estimate. It just showed a "+"sign which I guess means the estimate is greater than some max time set by the developer but I have no way of accessing the time estimate! Why not just allow for longer time estimates even if I have to click the extension to see it in an overflow menu?
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/read-time-estimator/dbkmhaamlapkjabaieclhlofhnaoccmb is better, cause you can select specific text and get a read time estimation for that.
could you please plz plz port this for firefox? I can't live without this extension; 'till I can find a firefox equivalent, I'll have to keep chrome on my system. I use blipread btw.
I've tested many reading time estimator extensions and this one is the best. It's non-intrusive since it doesn't sit on top of the website you're viewing like many do. And it's quick -- I don't have to highlight specific text and then click through to find the reading time.
This should be a default function in chrome. I absolutely can't work nowadays without calculating my reading time with each page. Thanks!
not working
I love this
