SNoKrunch: ServiceNow HTML Template Optimizer

Stop fighting double-spaced templates in ServiceNow.

If you work in ServiceNow, you’ve likely encountered the "Ghost Spacing" bug: you paste perfectly formatted HTML into a Work Note or Comment field, but once posted, it renders with massive, unwanted gaps between every line.

This happens because the ServiceNow "Classic" UI applies a white-space: pre-wrap; CSS rule to the activity stream. This forces the browser to treat every "Enter" key press in your code as a literal visual break, effectively double-spacing your paragraphs and lists.
