I do understand the occasional "bad rep" that Zoho has, the company started with a CRM, and has added ~40+ other major product lines, products that other people have built an entire business around ONLY doing (Zoom Meetings/GoTo) and Zoho STILL manages to do an excellent job at it. Zoho ONE is probably the best single deal currently available to the SMB marketplace, and even if I didn't run a company, I'd still keep a subscription to it, because I use the apps professionally and personally all the time. I will say that the call-in aspect needed to be improved last time we used it, and we have not gone back to that feature after being disappointed before, but I'm still going 5-Stars, because the core screen share/collaboration function is stellar.
