This does exactly what it says. I was going to write such an extension myself but figured someone already had, and sure enough, this has saved me the time. I do NOT see any jerky timelines and suspect that either there was a problem that has since been resolved, or these users had jerky Twitter feeds for other reasons. As a filter, I don't see any reason for it to add any jerkiness, if anything it will smooth it out by filtering heavier ads. Well done to the developer. Twitter is almost usable again. ;)
