This is a tool that can save some clicks to open databases from the University of Delaware. For example, if you find a paper on the Springer library, and you want to download it. As a UD student, you will have to open UD library page, search for the ACM database, click on the link there and search the paper again. It's very boring if you want to read many papers and you have to repeat above steps again and again.
This tool is a very simple extension that can convert the current URL to the URL that will go through University of Delaware. You still have to login into your UD account, but you don't need to search for the database in the library page again and again. Moreover, you just need one login if you remember your browser and the papers are just clicks away!
As of Jan 2025, this method is no longer working with ACM since they have changed their way to certificate. Springer is still working, other database not tested but should be working in most cases.
