The best thing ever. Can watch any movies or YouTube on streaming and it filters out curse words and other things. We used to have VidAngel, but this is leaps and bounds better. I've never given a review for an extension before, but this one deserves 6 stars if I could give it.

I love this app! I have found that it works very well at removing the swearing from the shows, when there is a cussword it silences the audio momentarily and shows captions of the word or phrase in stead, without showing the cussword word. Of course if there is a lot of cussing by all parties in the film as in some very modern war movies, you will have to determine how much you want to be reading the lines. I usually just skip those shows. Also I wanted to mention the support team. They do a really good job if you have a specific issue that is not resolved by following their help files and videos. I had a very unusual problem that was the result of various things, changes I made and changes Roku made in their update. The tech support person Michaela worked tirelessly over more than a week to get the issues resolved. I was very happy with the end result. Everything now works perfectly!

I've tried out another cleanup-app and the video quality wasn't there, even with a high-speed connection. We tried watching Gladiator and the glitching with rapid movement screens like with the arrows raining down out of the sky was terribly bad. We just tried out a few scenes from Braveheart. If this is working out the way it appears, this is my new go-to. Finally, an app that I can use to share all my old favorite movies with my kids! Awesome. Don't regret it - sign up asap... it's worth it so far!

I love what this extension is doing, but I think it can be even better if more features and modes are added. This would make it super flexible and more fun for families, schools, churches, and even solo viewers. Here are my ideas to make this extension even stronger: 1. AI-Powered TV/Radio/Streaming Censorship Feature: This extension should also work with live TV, streaming shows, music, radio stations, and podcasts, not just movies. I want it to mute or skip bad language, violence, or inappropriate content using smart AI — all in real-time. 2. Add More Censorship Modes: Let people choose between lots of different modes: Mild Mode – Removes only strong words and a few rough moments. Kids Mode – Filters everything that’s not child-appropriate. Teen Mode – For older kids, with fewer restrictions than Kids Mode. Faith Mode – Perfect for families wanting to avoid blasphemy, strong language, and suggestive content. Classic TV Mode – Makes movies feel like when they aired edited on cable TV channels (FX, Freeform, Nickelodeon, ABC, Disney Channel, etc.). Custom Mode – Choose exactly what you want filtered (like mute all swearing but keep intense action). Educational Mode – Filters inappropriate stuff but keeps important info for classroom or family learning. 3. Show TV Channel Versions of Movies and Shows: I think it would be amazing if you could pick the version of a movie or show that aired on TV. Like how FX, TBS, ABC, or Hallmark edited movies for their network. That would be cool for people who remember watching those versions and want a similar experience. 4. Audio Speed Changer (with Pitch On or Off): Please add a feature that lets people speed up or slow down movies, with the option to keep voices sounding normal or high/low. This helps with learning or skipping through parts while still keeping things smooth. 5. Custom Playback Speed Option: Let people adjust playback speed in custom steps like 0.8x, 1.1x, or 1.4x. You could also add modes like: Slow & Clear Mode – for learning or young kids Catch-Up Mode – for rewatching Fun Mode – for silly moments with fast voices! 6. More Compatibility: I hope this extension works on more sites, streaming services, and older DVDs, Blu-rays, and emulators. It would be great if it could support game consoles too — like filtering cutscenes or game dialogue. Overall, this extension is heading in the right direction. With a few more updates and the AI-powered modes, Enjoy Movies Your Way could become one of the most powerful family-friendly censorship tools online. Super invasive. Testing the app requires you jump through multiple hoops — create an account, verify email, enter payment info, and link video services — only to discover it's extremely limited. It had zero effect on language 6 out of 7 videos I tried to watch on YouTube. Then they make you email them to request the deactivation of your account and deletion of your personal info. I appreciate what the company's trying to do, but I wish they would be more honest about what is supported and what isn't. For comparison, I am having nearly 100% success for language filtering using APF after just a few minutes of customization.

Love this company and app. It allows us to enjoy shows and movies, new and old, without worrying about the content we don't want. I love that we can adapt the settings to our preferences. I'm amazed that the plot remains strong, even with taking out inappropriate content! I love being able to sit down with the kids and enjoy family movie night without worry. The company is quick to respond to customer requests. It's a great app for the entire family! I highly recommend to anyone.

I really have been enjoying this app! The language filters are so nice, especially when we are watching something together as a family. There are some newer movies that I wanted to watch with my kids but was hesitant due to certain themes that were in the film. With this app I was able to choose to edit out these themes and we all sat down and watched the movie together as a family! It's also so nice to request different movies/shows and get them back to me within a couple weeks. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

I am really loving the app that allows my family to watch content without the stress about something alarming popping up. They also have an Ad-Skip option which we use often for Amazon Prime with Ads, along with the free Youtube with Ads movies. They have language filters on movies and shows, and a bunch of other things you can control. You can also request a movie to be fully edited if it isn't already, they normally get it edited within a week or so. I tell all my family and friends about it!
