Useless, in-spite of giving all the information, it keeps asking give us more information. It also tries to setup its own store, so nothing to do with CRM with WhatsApp
Atenção: a plataforma limita a 100 contatos e, ao adquirir o plano, ela incentiva o cliente a optar pela assinatura anual em vez da mensal. Eu realmente gostava muito dela. No entanto, mesmo com o plano mensal ativo, não consigo acessar os recursos completos. Ao verificar, percebi que me cobraram novamente pela assinatura anual, apesar de já ter o plano mensal ativo. Tentei contatar o suporte via WhatsApp, mas parece que fui bloqueado. Por isso, tive que relatar a cobrança indevida ao meu provedor de cartão de crédito.
It works fine for personal whatsapp, but it is not working for whatsapp business. The tabs (all, open, closed, unread, etc) are not working when I login my whatsapp business number. Not sure why. I hope there's a fix for it. Thanks.
best chrome extension for Whatsapp web users
The extension is ok, but I found the interface to be a little cluttered and difficult to use. So I tried another extension called Eazybe and have been using it ever since.
Awesome platform, great user experience, even a child can setup a store here... the best I have seen sofar, Highly recommended.
Ideal for those who looks for an easy and simple-to-use CRM completely integrated with WhatsApp.
