• Heads → the click goes through (with a green flash).

• Tails → nothing happens (a red flash).

It works on any website, on whatever you shift-click — "Buy", "Send", "Post", "Order again", you name it. Every flip is decided locally with your browser's cryptographic random generator, so it's a genuine 50/50 — nothing is sent anywhere.
