As a professional procrastinator, I needed something exactly like this. I used the AI summary feature to help me identify when I was being unproductive. More importantly, this is compatible with my browser (Brave) and is privacy-first (all data is stored locally on my device which I confirmed). It's a simple, low-risk high-reward extension with no downside. Highly recommend!
