It keeps logging me out. plus the extension does not seem to work with my Gmail on Chrome. keeps poping this error message that I need to fix extensions in browser's setting
Good features but very unreliable. Constantly stops working with gmail with no easy way to reconnect. Signing in and out doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension doesn't work.
You would think that an extension with issues this persistent—dating back several months—would have been resolved by now, especially considering the cost of the license. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. The Outreach Everywhere Edge extension is extremely unreliable. It constantly signs me out, and when I click “sign in,” nothing happens. On top of that, it frequently disrupts my email session by signing me out there as well, making it even more frustrating to use. For a tool that’s supposed to streamline workflows and improve productivity, this does the opposite. At this point, it’s easily one of the most frustrating and poorly performing extensions I’ve had to rely on.
It's amazing when it works, unfortunately it only works 30% of the time
This extension is trash...
When it works, it great. I especially like to use the email opened counts to gauge client interest. But that only works half the time. And it doesn't differentiate between if your actual recipient - or someone cc'd - opened the email. Beyond that, lots of glitches all the time. Kinda crazy it's still this bad.
Constantly tells me my mailbox is not configured at the most random times. It will be working for a few months, then just stop without warning so I have to do all the troble shooting steps to get it back online. Consistency would be nice especially since this is used for work.
They change their interface every other week. Can't stick to one concept for their platform.
Longwinded and painful.
I can't tell if this actually saves me time. Constantly have to refresh the Salesforce tab just for the extension to recognize the contact page that I'm viewing. There are plenty of times that the entire extension whites out (usually if i switch tabs to a prospects web site then flip back to Salesforce tab) while I'm mid-dial and the only way to hang up is close out the entire tab which then skips the opportunity to disposition the call. Good in theory, doesn't work well.
