Competitive Companion parses competitive programming problems and contests and sends the parsed data to various tools like CP Editor and CPH. At the moment it supports 117 online judges, including most major ones like AtCoder and Codeforces.

Using it is very simple. Just install the extension, make sure you got one of the supported tools open, navigate to a problem page and click on the green plus icon in the top-left of your browser. On websites where Competitive Companion is able to parse contests, navigating to the page with all the problems and clicking on the green plus icon will download and parse all problems in the contest at once. You can also use the Ctrl+Shift+U shortcut instead of the green plus icon (configurable on chrome://extensions/shortcuts).

Eliminates the manual, tedious process of copying problem statements, sample inputs/outputs, and test cases from competitive programming websites into local coding environments. Provides one-click parsing so contestants can start solving immediately.

User installs extension → navigates to a competitive programming problem page → clicks the green '+' icon (or uses Ctrl+Shift+U) → extension injects content script → page-specific parser extracts problem data (title, constraints, sample I/O, test cases) → parsed JSON is sent via HTTP POST to localhost ports where CP Editor/CPH is listening → local tool auto-sets up the problem for solving.

The content.js file is 2MB (minified bundle of all 160+ parsers), which was not fully inspected, but its role is clear from the background.js orchestration and options.js parser list.
External hosts (codejam.googleapis.com, api.tlx.toki.id, resources.beecrowd.com) are used only to fetch problem data from specific judges, not for authentication or payments.
