Opens up a an ad tab "Welcome to the SmartCustomer Extension" after almost each browser restart. That's a no go. Removed.
Not a bad extension, but it now loads up a "welcome" page each time I restart my browser. It's gotten more annoying than useful, so I'm going to uninstall it now.

Unable to write reviews using this extension. Always asks to sign in(after i did it) Also the service is focused on selling sites. It's not convenient for general sites
this does not work on nearly all of the websites i want to rate. A message shows up saying "ratings not available" and it does not allow you to submit your rating. This extension is completely pointless because of that.
GOOD WEBSITE AND THE EXTENSION WORKS. HOWEVER, THIS EXTENSION KEEPS SIGNING ME OUT. TO WRITE A REVIEW I HAVE TO SIGN IN AGAIN.
I guess this extension need still some work, the login does not work. It does not have any review about any site I have visited (included google!) BUG When I save a review from the extension it does not get saved, so you lose all your text.
Best alternative to WoT within the "Website" category. - but you should start hiring some moderators to remove fake/misleading reviews. Many good and some popular sites aswell are getting a bad reputation, because of your poor moderation of reviews. Think about it. I'm out.
