8 years ago, I was looking for a minimal new tab extension and since I couldn't find it I built one myself.
Many things have changed over the past 8 years and yet this simple little extension is still here, minding its own business, doing its job.
This extension replaces your new tab with a dark page and a clock.
Still has no options, no settings.
Also no AI, which in 2025 is quite the rarity!

Thanks for the great plugin Manu. The default new tab page becomes painful after trying this one.
Gostei bastante desse modo de tela, da um toque de minimalismo e aumenta a produtividade, sem distrações. favorecendo o foco. gostaria apenas uma alteração, por favor adicionem o formato 24 horas para facilitar o uso desta extensão em outros países. Per chi come mè cerca l'essenziale nelle cose e nella vita in genere mi piaccione le zone libere e il senso di pulito. Perfetta, anche se un minimo di possibili colori di sfondo gli avrei aggiunti
