Welcome to Tab Restore. With the help by chrome.sessions API released in Chrome 37, Tab Restore can restore the tabs you closed, not only reopen a page with the same URL, but also with the full navigation histories, and even the tabs you closed in the last time you using Chrome.
## Tips ##
1. When you just open Chrome, the tab restore lists may be empty. You need to press Ctrl+Shift+T to restore some closed sessions, and then the last time Chrome closed sessions will be activated. (For Windows users. Chrome for OS X seems OK)

Just what I needed. Thank you!
yo, my computer had a false start where nothing actually happened after a restart (where normally interactable) and I pressed "restore pages" in this state and it didn't do anything, then it actually restarted and I could interact with things, in the end I couldn't bring back the pages that I really needed. And as a last ditch effort I looked here, found this, and it was able to bring back all eleven important tabs. I'm truly very grateful and don't even care that it looked in my history to find something I had before I installed it (kinda suspicious if you ask me). honestly, If you had a similar problem, this is the solution for you.
This is what I has been looking for, I have the choice to reopen tab(s) I want, not just the last tab closed.
I would like to thank the creator for making this extension. I always had problems when it comes to restoring my old tabs and when i found this extension i managed to restore all my previous ones and those tabs were assignments that if they were closed would lose data. Thank you so much
Tab Restore is open source extension written in 2020, you can load it despite chrome's rejection using the steps in this pull request: https://github.com/sonnabanana/tab-restore/pull/3

Successfully recovered my tabs Thank you
Even my own browser which can restore multiple (100+) tabs as long as it's in the recent history.. I'd unfortunately lost all of them after using a separate set of tabs for a few days and couldn't get it back through the history section of my browser. That's when I came across this and goddayuuum It could even bring back those old tabs. Simply Insane!!!
