Here's how Sundial works:
After installing and signing up, Sundial appears in the left column of Google Calendar.
1️⃣ Add Multiple Timezones to Google Calendar
Search for a place or timezone and Sundial adds that timezone to Google Calendar. Add as many as you need. Rename them as you'd like. Reorder them whenever.
2️⃣ Share Times From Time Blocks
Turn "Share times" on in the sidebar. Then drag time blocks on your calendar. Sundial turns them into copyable text, and can adjust it to any timezone. No more timezone mistakes. Here's an example of the text:

This is quite unintuitive, but very nicely integrated into GCal. The bulk deletion isn't really what i expected. I think It could have integrated more with GCal menus per event or auto detect events based on advanced filters.
This is a game changing tool for anyone who feels overwhelmed by their calendar management. In my view, this is exactly the way AI should be used by streamlining the small tasks and empowering you to focus on the things that matter. Ryland is endlessly helpful and always intentional, from his communication to extensions updates. It is a no brainer for individuals and companies alike.

Yes. This. I have needed this for so long. This gives me an instant frame of reference where I need it most, the center of our working universe, the google calendar. It's also worth mentioning that this is surprisingly stable... getting this type of functionality to play nice with something as complex as the google calendar is an extraordinary accomplishment, and only possible with a LOT of hard, thoughtful work. Kudos to the dev.

Amazing app! I manage team members from across the globe, as well as need to book times with customers, and this makes it so easy to look like I can do "time zone math"! The customer service is above and beyond, with a lot of patience in helping me get the most out of the app. Highly recommend it to anyone who has to do with work, family, friends, across multiple time zones. Just FYI, I came across Sundial some months ago when it was recommended by Gemini AI of all places!
