这个工具还好，少数几个处理列表的插件做得不错。但为什么所有的 Markdown 插件对代码 `code` 这一块的解析都不好呢？ 但好像所有的插件这块做得都不好，不知道为什么。看起来 ChatGPT 里的 code 部分好像是用 div 做的，所以是不是很难解析？ 那你是不是可以通过 class 去拿到对应的内容，然后把 span 做一下 format？ 把它转换成能够放在 Markdown 里的 code。我觉得是有办法可以做的，希望能更新一下

好用，爱用，GPT原版有待提升 Good to use, love to use, the original GPT still has room for improvement.
The best out there for me so far. Yet, it would be perfect if the "You:" and "ChatGPT:" were set to be H1 titles. It would make easier to read long conversations, and enables collapsing/expanding long prompts and responses.
Works REALLY great! I've been using it a few weeks and I love this design. Could you consider adding an option to set a hotkey that toggles the sidebar or refreshes its content? Maybe an option to change/reduce font in sidebar?
