Token transfer rows for tokens that aren’t in a small chain-specific allowlist (e.g. common stables)

Inbound ETH transfers below 0.000001 ETH (dust spam)

It works on both the standalone token transfer pages (like /tokentxns?a=0x…) and the Token Transfers tab on address pages.
