THE CHALLENGE
Do you work or study on your computer?
Then you’ve been distracted by news, social media, shopping, email. These distractions lead you to drift off-task, waste time, and end up unproductive and unfulfilled. We’ve all been there.
The temptation of opening a new browser tab to find a new distraction is strong and the action is often compulsive.
We all have specific sites that are our go-to distractions, but we also know that anything we click has the potential to become a distraction. except for the tools we’re using to get our work or studying done.

is there no way where I can make it to not block pdf files?
This software is of very good use to me. I am a student in college and this extension boosted my productivity a lot.

Minus 1 star because this should be integrated into Freedom Premium (I'm a subscriber). It is annoying and inconvenient to keep configuring Focus plugin separately on each computer that I use. If it was integrated into Freedom, changes would automatically get carried over. Please consider implementing this. And if you decide to go ahead, integrate Limit as well. I know Freedom Premium also blocks websites, but Limit plugin allows using the website for a set time before blocking, while Freedom doesn't. Could use that feature for premium subscribers.
Some websites I chose to allow are still showing as blocked. I had a negative experience and I hope it can be resolved.
Needs a black list besides a white list, sometimes you want to block few websites not all the internet.
great piece of work..immensly benefitted from it
It wont work for me i tried adding and removing sites multiple times but it blocks the allowed sites anyway ive been here for like 30 mins. Why does it sometimes choose to allow the sites that i whitelist and sometimes block????? Also if i disable it and enable it its all messy some are blocked and some are not. I guess I can use my pin every single time on each day I need to use it but its so annoying.
It's been really useful. Helps not to get stuck on websites that are not too useful
