特定のアカウントを非表示リスト（ブラックリスト）に追加したり、ホワイトリストを管理したりするためのツールです。

非表示にしたいアカウントや、例外として表示したいアカウントを簡単に管理できるほか、リストのインポートやエクスポートも可能です。

自動でアラビア文字等をブラックリスト入りさせる機能も備えており、必要に応じて顔文字で使う記号などをホワイトリストに追加出来ます。

2024/09/04：個別で追加出来るブラックリスト機能を追加しました。

2024/09/08：公式で収集したアカウントを追加する更新ボタンを追加しました。

一部、アラビア文字を内部的に追加。
