My goal was to zoom *in* on pages that have extra white space on the left and right. Most websites tend to pointlessly add this space to both sides of the page (why have wider monitors than we had in the 90s if we don't bother using that space? Just make the content bigger to fill the screen!). Instead, this extension just zooms out gradually and endlessly on many websites. I refresh the page or push [CTRL] + 0 to reset the zoom to 100%, and then it restarts gradually zooming out again... 91%, 84%, 79%, 77, 74, 71, 68... 49%... just keeps zooming and zooming and zooming out indefinitely. On other pages, it does nothing.
That function is what I need. But I'm concerned of the request "to read and change all your data on websites you visit". That's why I dropped it
Does exactly what I needed! (Using a vertical display on a mobile device configuration with a 900px maximum screen width)
