doesn't work
I am facing an issue with the text color when using the highlighter extension. On my first Gmail/Chrome profile, the highlighter works correctly: when I highlight text, the background becomes yellow and the text automatically changes to black for better visibility. However, on my second Gmail/Chrome profile, the highlighter only changes the background color to yellow while the text remains white. This makes the highlighted text difficult to read. I noticed that your documentation mentions "Customize your highlight colors (and text color)." I have checked the settings, but the behavior is still inconsistent between my two accounts. Could you please help me understand: Why the text color is automatically changed on one account but not the other? Is there a setting to force highlighted text to use a contrasting color (e.g., black on yellow)? Could this be a bug related to account synchronization or profile settings?
Just what I needed. Would be nice to add a backup functionality.
works
改了一下快捷键挺好用的, 调了一下配色 背景(254,202,202), 字体(124, 29, 29) 用起来挺舒服
Quite good
no web highlighter can beat this highlighter: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/highlight-extension/ppmmmemdbkneichkikbkfbcifpigdldf
It doesn't work. It won't even highlight text let alone retain it.
doesn't work the way it used to
I really love this extensions because - it's very simple (that is if you already bookmark you pages, and thus, when you revisit them, your highlights are there) - easy to setup a keyboard shortcut - easy to configure custom colours However, I was wondering if the developer is either working on some feature enhancements or perhaps interested to collaborate on these - Add notes or annotations aside from the highlight - Save and share the same highlighted page to other people by sharing a link (i.e. when I find some articles and I highlight key points, how I wish I can share that page with my highlights) - Sync between browsers. For example, I am using `Arc Browser` on different laptops due to work, and it would be really nice to have the pages I highlight with this extension get synced on the same account/browser profile across devices (I know it'll be complex, but it'll be good) I know the extension is free and practically "stateless" (i.e. it does not persist things beyond the local memory if I am not mistaken, did not bother looking into it further), but it would be very useful to have these.
