this extension is slowing down the llm experience in claude.ai it doesn't load at all. stuck in a state of :Loading your chat history, please wait..., thats very bad
Has not worked in ChatGPT since I purchase this, and I've received no response when emailing the company. Every time I try to add a chat to a folder I get "Cannot bookmark. Chat not imported yet." And each time I try to re-import chats and still nothing will work. Really disappointing. Only thing I'm able to do is pin projects to the top or add chats from a while back that have seemingly synced.
I hate it because it won't let me go on it
I recently discovered ChatFolders, which lets you organize chats from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok together in one place. It’s really helpful if you use multiple AI tools.
Clicking prompts manager opens panel to purchase pro. Why do you write Prompts in title if you wont even allow access to that feature?
Unreliable, unresponsive, and full of missing features. The extension didn’t meet the advertised/expected organization functionality for large chat libraries. When I tried to contact support, both listed email addresses bounced back—no working support channel. Not acceptable for a paid “lifetime” purchase.
Fake reviews are more believable if you throw in some 3 and 4 star reviews. I bought the full version and regretted it almost immediately. The user interface is obnoxious. ChatGPT chats in projects can't be put into folders because apparently they are never imported and so many other problems. The reviews indicate that the developer isn't responsive, which is ok because it would take a week to work through this many bugs and annoyances.
This extension has helped me in many ways possible WOW what a app.
I purchased the full version and I can't log on. I request a Magic Link and I don't get an email response. This is not the first time this has happened. But it's the first time the developer hasn't been responsive.
