Candle is fantastic. I feel lucky to have found it. It integrates with my practice management system (MyCase) and my email platform (Google Workspace), sitting between them and tying them together usefully and powerfully, yet unobtrusively. Its fee has already more than paid for itself not only in time saved but also due to the other less-integrated services it has effectively replaced. Swapping multiple expensive subscriptions for one less expensive one is a win, especially when the replacement provides more functionality and fixes some of the biggest issues I've had. If I knew how to develop applications, Candle is what I would have come up with - it feels custom-tailored for my practice's tech stack.
