Helps website administrators and developers verify whether a page is correctly serving Signed Exchanges and whether the corresponding SXG cache and certificate entries are valid.

User navigates to a webpage -> clicks the extension icon -> extension fetches the page URL with Accept header for application/signed-exchange;v=b3 -> extension constructs and fetches the corresponding Google SXG cache URL -> extension extracts and fetches the cert-url from the SXG payload -> extension displays validation results (✅/❌/⌛) for origin, cache, and cert sections in the popup.

The compiled dialog_compiled.js is minified Closure Library output, making some logic harder to trace, but the relevant fetch and DOM-update functions were clearly identified at lines 184-190.
The extension only validates SXG status; it does not generate or package SXGs, so its capabilities are limited to read-only validation.
No content_script.js logic was found (empty file), so all processing happens in the popup via dialog_compiled.js.
