Worked great for a couple months and now won't even get into the title screen of a game. You decide whether I recommend it.

It's ok. It's Dosbox emulating Nesticle (which then emulates NES) so it has a lot of lag (a quarter of a second for input). It's less laggy if you set the frameskip to "1" rather than "auto" but you have to change the setting each time you run the app. It was difficult to find a game that worked well with the default settings. I'm using an HP 14 Chromebook with a K1(arm) processor. This might be Intel optimized. There aren't a whole lot of options out there. I liked the implementation but for me it was better to just install the free Dosbox emulator with Nesticle. That might not be an easy option for most. Some people might not mind browsing through a secondary menu each time you run a rom but it gets old after the first couple of times. Probably a good app for those with a high performance Chromebook.
