New users Beware, if you have employed bookmark separators into your existing library to keep everything nice and organized then DO NOT USE THIS TOOLS DELETE DUPLCATES FEATURE, because it apparently is incredibly stupid and doesn't know the difference between an actual bookmark, and a very commonly used organization tool that just so happens to also be a damn bookmark, and will wipe them from your entire library! Or more specifically it'll leave you with one per folder. How this is a Featured plugin is beyond understanding, it does not deserve that badge in it's current form. To the Devs, I know it's already to late for me, the damage is done, and well over 300 separators are now lost, and going to take hours to reorganize my once extremely OCD categorized library back to its former state. But it's not to late for all the potential new users out there, so how about maybe building in a filter that ignores links to sites that provide services meant to do what you also are trying to do, help manage large libraries of links. Sites such as bookmarkseparators, separator.mayastudios, bookmark-divider.netlify and even the old site separatethis that's now gone, but it's old separators still remained in use should be flagged as none duplicates so you don't wreck others hard work like has just happened to me. Oh and while you're at it how about an option to change your plugins icon from black to white to accommodate the MILLIONS of dark theme users, so your "tool" doesn't just disappear into their browsers header bar. I mean catch up already it's 2025 for crying out loud. This is not the future I imagined we'd be living in 20 years ago.

$cam = does nothing = just a shortcut 2 existing garbage overly spaced built-in Chrome bookmarks list, & adds useless 'find' & the dupe finder won't let U select which ones 2 get rid of = junk.

The old bookmark manager was OK, once I got used to it. The new Bookmark Manager is a piece of ****. It's totally confusing even to try to do the simplist task. Whoever designed this program should be fired on the spot. They should be consigned to the funny farm. With improvements like this, who needs instructions? Next time I want vax advice, I'm gonna ask Bill Gates. Can I write a review with negative stars? Minus 10?
