Injects javascript to handle features that don't exist on Windows 7's version of Chrome. This includes things like CSS4's ":autofill" selector, Set.prototype.difference, Array.prototype.toSorted, oklch() colours, and "document.hasStorageAccess()".
Note that some of functions described above are not actually re-implemented, just stubbed out enough to work. I would happily accept suggestions of which polyfills to use for each function.
