is this just doing OCR? Because I wanted something that will actually copy a column of text to the clipboard. I already have OCR solutions

If dummies would have included the instructions. I would say this is the best app. After installing the extension, Click on the icon in the extension bar. You might see a small white box once u click on extensions Click on the white box, Then go to section where you want to copy the content. Use your mouse cursor to do a snip of the content. Its working nice but it captures small chunks on a webpage which consumes too much of its time.
It works perfectly. Just do it as Zowa Light expalined.
To use this, you have to click on extensions and click on the icon. Immediately, you are in "snipping" mode and have to click and DRAG and whole square that you want the text extracted from. This took me about half a minute to realize because I kept clicking and nothing happened, much like the person before me writing a review. It is however very simple, almost too simple as it comes with no instructions or guides. You just click, snip and then you get a little "window" on the lower right corner with the text where you can choose to copy parts of it or click the "copy" button which copies everything to you clipboard. It baffles me that people try this extension and don't manage to figure it out.
