Toggle outlines on all elements to help debug CSS
I used Pesticide but the original version cant be installed anymore and the updated replacement is just..not for me (ugly solid colored blocks), or others based on the flood of bad reviews. Looking for alternatives on a new Chrome install, I tried Debug CSS. So far, its awesome. Almost exactly the same as Pesticide in functionality and how it looks when debugging. At least as far as the basic putting boxes on all elements on the page so I can see how things flow together. I had zero problems installing and running it as of April 25, 2025. If you are one of the forlorn Pesticide refugees, give this extension a try. It solid and made me very happy.
This extension is useful but as of March 2025 why does it suddenly need permission to "Read and change all your data on all websites" when it required none previously?
I like this extensions but is it not working anymore? I try on chrome and edge it can't be used
Excellent extension but it recently broke for latest Chrome versions, can't wait for the developer to fix it :) !
Is it no longer available? the most useful extension I have ever used
Giving it a 4 star because I have used this extension for years and now for some reason, it breaks whenever I reload the page. UPDATE!!! It seems this problem only exists on chrome. On firefox it works flawlessly
Great tool but it recently stopped working :( It works very briefly every time I update my browser and then stops working again.

I am using Edge browser and this extension stopped working since 18 Feb 2025.
