chrome://net-internals/#dns 点击后打开的是这个页面,不知道为什么. 也没有做到host缓存的清除.是插件失效了吗

Просто и удобно для переключения между хостами при веб-разработках. Не надо ждать обновления кеша записей hosts в системе.
挺好用的，解决了修改host更新不及时的问题
