If you're looking to reduce the amount of time you spend scrolling through addicting websites but don't want to permanently block it like many other extensions do, Focus Session is the productivity extension for you.

It has been shown that social media platforms have gotten people addicted to repitive dopamine hits which is why it can be so incredibly tempting to constantly check your feed for anything new and exciting. That is why Focus Session prevents blocked websites from even beginning to load in order to prevent these tiny dopamine releases that occur when refreshing your feed.

With Focus Session, you are in control of what to block and when to block it. A session can be started or stopped at the click of a button.
