Really like this extension. It's a fresh idea and fills a gap for small businesses that manage most of their customers through WhatsApp. Instead of using a complex CRM, this gives you a lightweight CRM experience directly where conversations already happen. The interface is simple, easy to understand, and helps keep leads and customer interactions organized without leaving WhatsApp. It's especially useful for freelancers and small businesses that want something practical without the overhead of traditional CRM software. Great concept, easy to use, and definitely a promising tool. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves with future updates!
