The feature is really nice. I work in tech support and being able to see that a customer has an account with us and it gives me all their information is great! I love that, when it works, I don't have to manually search for every customer and I can devote all my attention to helping them. However, it doesn't always work the way it's supposed to. It's a really cool feature, but it's too buggy. Sometimes it won't bring up account searches in NetSuite. Sometimes it won't log you in after you've logged in. Sometimes it stops working altogether and I have to restart Chrome or relog a bunch of times to get it to work the way it's supposed to, and even then I end up with it not working at some point down the road.
