Used to be good, now the extension sometimes says "No details for this contact in Surfe yet". It also can't find all companies in the page. Will look for alternatives
ive been using Surfe for a few years now. Its not that dependable, by that I mean, it doesnt always appear/arrive on the contact within LinkedIn, so i can gain info, email etc. Its not consistent. Very frustrating. Forces me to keep looking for alternatives.

Great tool to bridge LinkedIn with Pipedrive
I took it in order to link my Pipedrive and Linkedin, but it proved to be more than that, you can do filtered search in Linkedin with Surfe as you would do with Sales Navigator so it helps to prospect, you can also create lists.

Customer service is good, although their work hours do not coincide with the US. For me, I can't get Surfe to engage properly with Google Sheets when prospecting on LinkedIn. I have connected with GS, but when using LinkedIn, I get prompts to connect a CRM. I've spent hours and hours researching, emailing and chatting with customer service, all to no avail. I've got the Essential Plan, so money spent has gone to waste. Again, customer service always responds, maybe the next day due to time differences, but their tips have not solved my problem. I welcome advice on what the issue might be. Is it certain Google Permissions that are required? I've exhausted everything and followed all recommendations. Help!
