It works well.
It works, but many improvements needed. Call Direction is not mapped to the corresponding HubSpot field, instead it is entered into the Call notes. The auto-logging feature creates contact records for unknown callers, leaving it up to the call handler to edit the record, negating the time save from auto-logging. While we deter users from using this feature, there is no admin level control over it, so we can't police its use effectively. Addressing these issues would make big improvements to the integration.
