It's back! Say hello again to Prettier Lichess.
Lichess is a great platform that provides lots of fantastic free services like free analysis, studies, tournaments, and more. However, the site doesn't feel very contemporary, and this can turn many users off towards other platforms, and ultimately off an incredibly useful and amazing resource.
This extension is an attempt to fix that.
Prettier Lichess not only changes the visuals of lichess.org, but also allows users to completely customize the colors of the site and change the layout of the homepage and game view. Be sure to look for the "Enable vertical layout button" while in game view!

Prettier Lichess is a fantastic piece of work. It manages to change the appearance of Lichess to an astonishing degree, making it look stylish and modern, without sacrificing performance. The developer is also very responsive to any issues, like missing styles in obscure parts of Lichess. Great job!
