I’ve successfully paid for the subscription and received the confirmation. However, the app is still showing the free 60-minute status and I can't use the premium version.
The app functioned well and transcribed my recordings accurately, however I paid for Premium Unlimited Access but the app said I used my 2400 minutes for the month and it wouldn't work after that. First of all it said UNLIMITED, and it wasn't. Second, I only had about 500 minutes of recordings to transcribe, not >2400 minutes. I sent a message to the app asking about this and got no response. So, false advertising and it doesn't count minutes accurately.

Edit: The website is now working correctly again. The person responsible for the application responded very quickly and resolved the website issue in the same way. 2nd edit: The new version is now up and running! very grateful!!
The plugin worked so far. Now I upload the audio and it just spins as if it were doing it, but it doesn't output the text. What could be the problem? Recording failed. Please try again all the time !
Doesn't work, stays at 99% then does nothing at all. I've tried two files now.

Perfeito! Esta me ajudando um monteee na transcrição das entrevistas. Tenho audios de quase meia hora de entrevista e precisei ajustar algumas poucas palavras trocadas ou que não foram reconhecidas pelo tom de voz baixo. Excelente! Recomendo!
So Accurate and fast and the best part was I can pick any section in any video playing in my browser and transcribe that with accuracy.
