Twitter used to have a setting of which feed to see by default on its home page, but not anymore. Now it always opens the algorithmically generated feed by default and to access the "Following" you need to click it every time you open the website. If you hate this as much as I do, this extension should help.

This will make Twitter open the "Following" tab every time you open the website.
