uh guys hear me out yeah the extension sucks it cant do its job but just DOWNLOAD the psi plugin then it works
Why won't the extention work? I have uninsalled, reinstalled, restarted everything over and over. What a complete waste of time all this has taken. All I want is to sit my exam. There is not even a contact/help section to try and figure out what is wrong. Why are systems like this holding people to ransom. I have studied and done the work but I cannot sit the exam because of this.

not working.some troubleshooting instructions might be nice.... tried uninstalling and reinstalling, computer restart.. still nothing. seems like the extension is not being recognised.
